necessary measures to meet our client's needs.
RISMA has a five-phased proprietary construction framework, C.A.P.D.M. (Consult, Assess, Propose,
Deliver, Measure), which is a structured methodology that helps our team to deliver optimum value to
our clients and customers whether engaging in commercial, residential, or custom construction
Phase I: CONSULT- The RISMA consultant will review the client or customer's initial needs and
provide 1 hour free consultation to get a high level understanding of the opportunity.
Phase II: ASSESS- The RISMA consultant will conduct a comprehensive client assessment that
includes a customer needs analysis, property assessment, and cost analysis. At the end of this phase,
our consultant provides RISMA clients with a Services Assessment Document that will outline the client
needs, high level costs, and the overall opportunity so that we understand exactly what the client wants
us to deliver.
Phase III: PROPOSE - The RISMA consultant will leverage the Services Assessment Document to
develop a comprehensive bid proposal for the stated opportunity.
Phase IV: DELIVER- The RISMA team will collaborate effectively with the client to deliver the agreed
upon solution of services.
Phase V: MEASURE - The RISMA consultant will follow up with the client or customer up to an agreed
upon period of time to ensure that services rendered were 100% aligned with the expected outcome.
The consultant will also conduct a customer satisfaction survey within 30 days of the performed service.
